PM SHRI GHS, Alto Betim is the only Government School of Goa selected to attend the National Conference on “Successful School Leadership: Innovative Pathways for Viksit Bharat @2047” from 17th to 19th January 2026 at India International Centre, New Delhi, organised by NIEPA – National Institute of Educational Planning & Administration, to showcase exemplary leadership practices adopted by schools across the country and highlighting innovative strategies contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
With 371 entries submitted from various States and Union Territories, and after a rigorous screening and evaluation process, 59 entries were shortlisted for presentation at the national level.
The Headmaster Ms.Kajal Chodankar had the privilege of presenting our school’s case study on the theme “Pedagogical Leadership for Students’ Learning Competencies”, wherein my presentation highlighted the school’s strategic academic planning, learner-centred approach, competency-based education practices, implemented to strengthen students’ learning competencies.
The Headmaster’s participation in this prestigious conference marked a significant milestone in the journey of the school, thereby increasing the PR of the school.
